Hari Bermaknaku

 Selamat Hari Lahir !

Assalamualaikum. Sihat semua ? harini nak cerita sikit. Disebabkan blog ni antara salah satu tempat luahan hati aku selain status whatsapp, aku nak share something.

OK, kita mulakan dari kisah sedih aku dulu HAHAHAHA. Act aku tak pernah merasa nak sambut bithday tau. Orang hantar tu rahsiakan but aku tahu cuma dia je yang ingat. Masa tu suka, sayu, semua bercampur.

Selang beberapa minggu si Dia datang rumah, macam biasa kitorang keluar jalan-jalan pusing semualah. But, ceritanya bermula bila aku nak hantar dia balik. Sebelum tu kitorang pergi KL, aku tak tahu dia memang nekad sangat nak belikan aku kerusi gaming. Before tu memanglah aku selalu cerita yang aku nak beli but amik masa sikit sebabnya kerusi yang aku nak beli tu harganya dlam lingkungan RM750 kalau kat shopee. Tak pelik lah dengan harga dia sebab kerusi TODAK kan..

Masa tu dia nekad jugak then dia belikan kerusi gamimg TOMAZ.

Kehadiran Insan Teristimewa

      Assalamualaikum.

Memandangkan aku dah lama tak menaip, harini aku nak main jari jemari aku. Actually benda ni dah lama aku terniat nak tulis sejak dari aku belajar dekat POLITEKNIK lagi. Aku sendiri tak tahu macam mana nak mulakan.. *kohkohkoh

Aku habis politeknik masa tahun 2017.

Okeh cerita dia dekat sini.

Tapi memang gentle dia langsung tak pandang aku. But, benda tu yang buat aku lagi tertarik dekat dia. Makin hari aku makin tertarik dengan dia, sampailah suatu tahap aku nak abis LI. Masa tu sumpah rasa nak nangis sebab bila kau jatuh cinta dengan someone but kau terpaksa tinggalkan cinta tu jauh-jauh.

Dia pun dengar penuh semangat. Esok tu terus lock untuk jumpa dekat satu tempat tu. Semangat aku pagi tu lain, dah macam nak baru lepas kena jackpot dah pun. Aku jujur semua apa yang aku rasa kat dia masa jumpa tu. Memang aku dari A-Z aku cerita, dia pun cerita tentang diri dia. Sejak tu aku makin rapat dengan dia. Aku still ingat masa tu duduk terbaring tengah panas depan rolling shutter stor sebab lapar ( student LI mana ada duit ) then dia datang tanya "tak makan ke ?", tapi mungkin dia tengok muka aku dah macam zombie tu sebab tu dia call aku lepas dia keluar je nak rehat. Siap belikan McDonalds sekali McFlurry. Actually aku sendiri sekarang menaip sambil menangis bila nak kenang balik semua cerita ni sebab aku rasa ni story terindah dalam kamus hidup aku.

Dia mula jatuh hati dekat aku, masa tinggal 3 hari lagi sebe;um balik aku nampak dia mula lain. Aku dapat rasa dia taknak aku berheni sebab aku tahu dia akan rindukan aku. Maklumlah aku selalu parked kereta aku mencelah kereta dia. TApi masa tu dia kata nak ikut aku balik kampung sebab dia tak pernah ada kampung (yang bersuasanakan kampung sebenar). Memandangkan aku pernah post gambar dia dekat group WA family dan mak aku pun pernah suruh aku ajak dia datang, aku setujulah untuk bawak dia balik.

Dia follow aku rapat. Masa tu hujan lebat aku naik motor je pulak tu. Bial berhenti rehat aku nampak raut wajah dia risau tentang aku. Aku tahu dia sayangkan aku sebagaimana aku sayangkan dia, dia terima kekurangan aku. Dari pukul 6 petang gerak, pukul 8 pagi baru sampai..jauh kan ?

Sampai dekat rumah aku kenalkan dekat mak ayah aku. Masa tu mak ayah aku senyum dekat aku. Sempat mak aku tarik gi dapur cakap "yang ni mak berkenan" ayah aku pun cakap "budak ni okay, baik gayanya ni jenis tak berkira, hormat orang tua". aku speechless, first time aku bercinta dapat restu mak ayah beb. Dia pun terima kekurangan family aku yang tak seberapa dan dia kata dia suka family aku. Dia rapat sangat dengan mak ayah aku, mak aku dah anggap dia macam anak sendiri sampaikan aku dipinggir *HAHAHA . Dia makin kerap datang dan makin rapat dengan family aku,aku nampak kasih sayang dia dekat aku, dia terima segala kekurangan aku, dia hargai aku, dia buat aku jatuh cinta dengan dia setiap hari. Dia jugak perempuan pertama bagi suprised dekat aku. Seumur hidup aku tak pernah dapat suprised dari sesiapa termasuk family even hari lahir sediri but dia suprised kan untuk aku sebab nak minta maaf tak chat dua hari.

7 Interview Tips That Will Help You Get Hired

Even when you have gone on more interviews than you can count, job interviewing never seems to get any easier. With each job interview, you are meeting new people, selling yourself and your skills, and often getting the third degree about what you know or don't know. And, you need to stay upbeat and enthusiastic through it all. This can be a challenge, especially when you're interviewing for a job you would love to get hired for.
That said, there are ways to make a job interview feel much less stressful. Just a little preparation time can go a long way. The more time you take in advance to get ready, the more comfortable you'll feel during the actual interview. Remember, though, that a job interview is not an exam: you don’t need to study for hours on end. Rather, you just need to do due diligence in researching the company, understand exactly what they are looking for in a new hire, and ensure that you’re able to discuss your experience and what makes you a great fit for the job.
Here are some job interview tips that can help you interview effectively. Proper preparation will help alleviate some of the stress involved in job interviews and position you for a positive and successful interviewing experience.

1. Practice and Prepare

Review the typical job interview questions employers ask and practice your answers. Strong answers are those that are specific but concise, drawing on concrete examples that highlight your skills and back up your resume. Your answers should also emphasize the skills that are most important to the employer and relevant to the position. Be sure to review the job listing, make a list of the requirements, and match them to your experience.
Note that even the most well-prepared response will fall short if it does not answer the exact question you are being asked. While it’s important to familiarize yourself with best answers, it’s equally important to listen carefully during your interview in order to ensure your responses give the interviewer the information they are looking for.
Also, have a list of your own questions to ask the employer ready. In almost every interview, you’ll be asked if you have any questions for the interviewer. It is important to have at least one or two questions prepared in order to demonstrate your interest in the organization. Otherwise, you might come across as apathetic, which is a major turnoff for hiring managers.

2. Develop a Connection With the Interviewer

In addition to indicating what you know about the company, you should also try to develop a connection with your interviewer. Know the interviewer's name, and use it during the job interview. (If you're not sure of the name, call and ask prior to the interview. And, listen very carefully during introductions. If you’re prone to forgetting names, jot it down somewhere discreet, like in small letters at the bottom of your notepad.)
Ultimately, building rapport and making a personal connection with your interviewercan up your chances of getting hired. People tend to hire candidates they like and who seems to be a good fit for the company's culture.

3. Research the Company, and Show What You Know

Do your homework and research the employer and the industry, so you are ready for the interview question, "What do you know about this company?" If this question is not asked, you should try to demonstrate what you know about the company on your own.
You can do this by tying what you’ve learned about the company into your responses. For example, you might say, “I noticed that when you implemented a new software system last year, your customer satisfaction ratings improved dramatically. I am well-versed in the latest technologies from my experience with developing software at ABC, and appreciate a company who strives to be a leader in its industry.”
You should be able to find out a lot of information about the company’s history, mission and values, staff, culture, and recent successes on its website. If the company has a blog and a social media presence, they can be useful places to look, too.

4. Get Ready Ahead of Time

Don't wait until the last minute to pick out an interview outfit, print extra copies of your resume, or find a notepad and pen. Have one good interview outfit ready, so you can interview on short notice without having to worry about what to wear. When you have an interview lined up, get everything ready the night before.
Not only will planning out everything (from what shoes you will wear, to how you’ll style your hair, to what time you will leave and how you’ll get there) buy you time in the morning, it can help reduce job search anxiety, and it will also save you from having to make decisions, which means you can use that brain power for your interview.
Make sure your interview attire is neat, tidy, and appropriate for the type of firm you are interviewing with. Bring a nice portfolio with extra copies of your resume. Include a pen and paper for note-taking.

5. Be on Time (That Means Early)

Be on time for the interview. On time means five to ten minutes early. If need be, drive to the interview location ahead of time so you know exactly where you are going and how long it will take to get there. Take into account the time of your interview so you can adjust for local traffic patterns at that time. Give yourself a few extra minutes to visit the restroom, check your outfit, and calm your nerves.

6. Try to Stay Calm

During the job interview, try to relax and stay as calm as possible. Remember that your body language says as much about you as your answers to the questions. Proper preparation will allow you to exude confidence.
As you answer questions, maintain eye contact with the interviewer. Be sure to pay attention to the question so that you don’t forget it, and listen to the entire question (using active listening) before you answer, so you know exactly what the interviewer is asking. Avoid cutting off the interviewer at all costs, especially when he or she is asking questions. If you need to take a moment to think about your answer, that’s totally fine, and is a better option than starting out with multiple “ums” or “uhs.”
Check out these tips on avoiding job interview stress to help keep your nerves calm. If the thought of a job interview puts you in panic mode, reviewing these interview tips for introverts will be a great place to start.

7. Follow-Up After the Interview

Always follow up with a thank-you note reiterating your interest in the position. You can also include any details you may have forgotten to mention during your interview. If you interview with multiple people from the same company, send each one a personal note. Send your thank-you email within 24 hours of your interview.

Why Dreaming is not always Good.

Why Dreaming Big Is Not Always Good

I have an important question for you, and I bet you have dedicated your fair share of thought to it throughout the course of your lives – which way of thinking is better, dreaming big or being satisfied with small things? Since I held the first belief my whole life, I believe I am qualified enough to talk about why it can be even more harmful than being unambitious.
My whole life I thought I was gonna be huge. Not just your typical A-student type huge, but world-famous huge. I probably had some predisposition to think so, because I was a fairly talented kid and did really well at school, constantly scoring at the top of the class.
Over time, however, my motivation turned into something unhealthy. I started to believe that I was entitled to success, and I grew more and more frustrated as I faced the real world. Well, the truth is I didn’t face it a lot until going to collage and leaving my hometown, where I had lived in a safe bubble believing that success in the big city is waiting for me to come.
The first ominous sign came when I didn’t get a perfect score at the entrance exams. I still scored really well – 75% out of 100%, and got into the collage, but I wasn’t the first one anymore. Which seems pretty logical now – there were thousands and thousands of kids applying to the same college – but back then I felt that I was missing something. I couldn’t enjoy my triumph because I didn’t get that perfect score.

The pitfall, however, came almost one year later when I first got pointer 3.2 on a semi-conductor device exam, a subject I absolutely hated. Then I started to feel like a failure. Now you are probably wondering, “What does it have to do with dreaming big?” Here’s my answer: I always dreamed big, and this made me overlook tiny successes and feel entitled for admiration and victory.
I believe you can guess what happened next. I grew more and more frustrated, as I realized you had to work, and most often, work hard, to achieve what you wanted. You even had to withstand failure and rejection – something I wasn’t used to dealing with at all. The only opinion I had about failures is that they diminished my previous accomplishments and my value as a person, and that successful people never fail and never have to deal with the pain of rejection.
Dreaming big is good, as it helps a person set far-reaching goals and do bold things. But it can only work if a person has healthy relationships with failure, tryouts and taking tiny steps. The success that seemingly comes overnight takes years to achieve, but no one wants to mention those years – they are a boring time of exhausting, plain and continuous hard work. Sounds bad enough for a movie, right?

Don’t teach anyone just to dream big – teach them to dream big while taking small steps. This is always better than staying in one place and wishing to be teleported to the valley of success.
